Another fine piece of work by a great storyteller. Adventure, action, life & death, the odd bit of philosophy, a touch of love, all presented at high speed: modern also ever. Very good book about how life experiences can change outlooks and judgments of others and also self determination to survive. Jack London....what a true master of the written word. Every page of this story created in my mind visions of being there with all the characters and and life upon the enormous sea.
